Renter’s insurance required. We’ve partnered with Foxen to offer coverage for just $15/month, or residents may choose to obtain their own policy through a preferred insurance provider. We also offer the option to enroll in Rentistry, a service that reports rental payments to help build credit for just $8/month.

Application Fee: $60 per adult
Setup Fee: $200/unit due at the time of move in
Pet Policy: Pets allowed (maximum two). A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $450 to $800 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent of $40 to $75, depending on the results of the pet screening.
Utilities: Water, sewer, garbage, common electric, and gas billed monthly based on unit size.
