Rent is $550 PER PERSON for two people or $1,100 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. All units include a full size washer and dryer. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases. Lease would begin August 6th, 2024 and run through July 28th, 2025.
Only one upstairs unit remaining for 2024-2025.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $350 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $900 refundable security deposit.
