Just outside the door is a private backyard that opens directly onto the surrounding apple orchard, along with a second, smaller private outdoor space on the opposite side of the home. There’s a lot of room here to slow down, get outside, and enjoy the seasons.
The property also has a shared garden and picnic area, with established apple and peach trees. Residents are welcome and encouraged to garden, grow food, and enjoy the land. There is a communal (plant matter only) compost bin available for everyone on the property.
The owners, who are both artists and avid gardeners, live on the property and enjoy creating a home that feels connected and creative while still maintaining everyone’s own private space.
