Horrible experience at Olive Terrace. They originally lied to me about the utilities THEN forced me to pay it anyways after the manager moved out. NO parking for TENANTS, employees ONLY. RENT INCREASE was imminent and DID NOT compromise AT ALL!!!! Failed to mention the size of water heater or the fact that the bill is shared. Installed "security cameras" for only the employees personal cars. Electric bill for the unit is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE with old heaters. Rotting front door. Maintenance takes FOREVER if not at all. Shower, sinks, stove, cabinets were all old and broken. NO SCREENS on windows. They claim they are lower than the rest but thats not true knowing their location. Personal THEFT from my apt. NOISE level is outrageous. CANNOT hold a manager for more than a month or two.

Hi!
I recently moved into the Lanai apts. After looking around for about a month and only finding run down ghetto apartments for the price i was looking for, i was relieved to find the lovely Lanai. After the property manager Trustin showed me around the property and introduced me to a few tenants in the mail room i was hooked, and put a deposit down. There where a few complications with my move in process because of missing files on the previous apt complexes end. The office staff were extremely patient and helpful with the whole process, which was overly stressful on my end. Once i got all my paperwork signed i was so relieved to step into my lovely apartment. Studio was well lit and and a faint smell of fresh paint and cleaning supplies, which where over powered by the lovely smell of the magnolia trees below, drifting through my sliding door on the patio. Every morning i wake up to a lovely view of Portage Bay and the sunrise beaming into my apartment!
Thank you Darco for this amazing apartment. I hope to be here awhile!
