REFERENCES: Each adult occupant must have 3 years most recent years of verifiable positive, financially responsible, residential rental history from a non relative.
PERSONS: All proposed occupants aged 18 and over must submit a rental application and meet the screening guidelines.

*Maximum of two vehicles will be allowed to be parked on the property - uncovered space -
* The home does not have a garage or additional storage.
* No smoking will be permitted anywhere on the property
* Owner will allow one very small, mature dog, or one cat.
* Month to Month rental agreement.
* Tenant to pay all utilities on a prorated basis due to common meters.
