We love our furry residents! We allow one cat or dog per apartment, and all pets must be registered with the leasing office.
Pet Rent: $25 per installment
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300
Additionally, all pets must be under 50 pounds, and cannot be one of the following restricted breeds: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff.
All support animals must be properly registered with the leasing office.
