Update August 2019 Parking has improved tremendously and the only people who are upset about the new parking rules are the ones breaking it,...

Parking has improved tremendously and the only people who are upset about the new parking rules are the ones breaking it, just remember that Before the new rules I had to make sure I was getting home by 6pm in order to find an extra space because people who had like a million cars where taking up all the spaces! But now my husband would get home past 9pm and still find parking in open space!

Ive only lived here for about 2 months, so far so good. Jennifer is the manager on my side & she answers you promptly and is super friendly! I mean reading these reviews about her are alarming..she doesnt give off that impression AT ALL. People must have a nasty attitude when approaching her Anyways! For the price I pay, and the area that its in, I have no complaints about the apartment itself. Its so close to shopping centers and right off the freeway which I LOVE! Only downside is parking :( if parking was a little better and additional parking was offered to be rented Id give it a 5 star! Having 2 cars and only one parking space assigned isnt ideal but it is what is!
I would be updating my review if we ever move out to share my experience!
