I've lived in a studio unit and 1 bedroom unit for a year each so far, and it's been quite pleasant. Despite so many dogs living in the complex, there's minimal barking and droppings around. Maintenance is quick to respond to service requests, and the location and amenities are convenient. If you're looking for relatively affordable rent near San Jose, I think this is a good spot.
