First of all, I want to express my great appreciation to ladies in the front office, especially Madison and Amber. They are ALWAYS SUPER NICE to us. Whenever I have a questions, they help me promptly with detailed information. Whenever I drop by the office, they will greet me warmly and I felt welcomed there. They guided me thru every step from the tour, application, moving in and out. Everything went so well, exceeding my expectations. I'm really thankful for them. My experience living here is great. All maintenance are done promptly. All my questions has been answered. Every thing is well organized with detailed guide. The Eaves @ San Jose team pays close attention and much effort to maintain this nice community for every resident. I have lived in different apartments, and I value a great moving out experience, too. This is definitely true here. I would highly recommend Eaves @ San Jose for any future tenant.

Love this place! The entire staff has always treated us kindly and are very helpful. Anytime I have a question, I know I can call the office and get an answer. I would personally thank Mae. I knew her since 2016, while I stayed in other Avalon communities. She is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and informative and very helpful. When I call or stop by the office she always greeted by my name. She is very helpful with any of my needs and makes sure all my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. What I really like about her is that, she really cares about the residents and the place, and always strives to provide best service. I would also like to thank Chris. He is very professional, polite and responsive and has got a great attention to detail. He always respond quickly and expertly and keep tenants informed at all times. Also, Maintenance is quick and they fix it right the first time. The residents are all super nice and respectful. Its easy to get to where we need to go (grocery store, restaurants, etc.). Overall, I had nice experience living here.

Folks in the office are responsive and take care of things well. There are minor hiccups some times but nothing big. Always loved to see Santos appearing on the door on the very next day when you file a service request. They were prompt and efficient. Overall a nice community to live. (4 - stars, just to be conservative otherwise its a nice place).
