This review is strictly for a touring experience. . . The staff is very hit and miss. Janis, like other people noted, is very communicative with what creekside living has to offer. She was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions, 5/5 stars and more if possible! At that time they didn't have a 1st ground level unit I was looking for, so delayed applying. The units are very spacious, hardwood floors, feels airy and lots of shade depending where the unit is located. The parking lot is a bit tight as noticed how limited uncovered parking spots were available, however the complex is gated for cars, but anyone can walk into the complex. The second floor unit i viewed is very close to another unit across the hall, and the stairs are quite narrow and carpeted. I also noticed the flooring was unleveled, but wooden floors is always a win in my eyes. They have a nice pool, plenty of laundry rooms and a decent fitness room. Seems quiet for the most part. Furthermore into my apartment search I saw that a ground unit became available, made an appointment yesterday and had a horrible experience with Indra(?). Very rude, unfriendly, didn't make it clear she was talking to me as her lady friend was already sitting down, and sighed after every question I was asking as if i was a burden. She stated the 1st floor unit I was talking about was leased, and told me to go upstairs as the maintenance team was going to open a 2nd level floor plan for me to view. Ontop of this staff member, the grounds were very loud with kids running around, people blasting their music in all directions and the service guy wasn't wearing a mask while I was in the unit, but at least he was sweet and friendlier than the front office. I didnt move forward at all after this experience, and highly advise to check out apartment complexes both during the week and weekend as it makes a big difference overall. Janis. You're awesome! I would like to give a shout out to Janis, Andrea and the Creekside team! I have been residing here for almost 6 years and we really enjoy the property, friendly staff and amenities. Janis and her team always go above & beyond, making sure residents needs met. Service request are completed rather quickly with no issues. Grounds is well-kept along with laundry facilities, pool area, and gym. Anytime I have a complaint it gets addressed/ resolved timely. I also appreciate the communication/notifications of activities for residents and work being done around the property, as it's always done with notice except when it's an ACTUAL emergency (As it should be). Thank you, Creekside Team, for making my housing experience a great one!

We have lived here for a little over two years. The management has always been super kind and easy to deal with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the grounds are kept clean and neat on a weekly basis. If you want a fairly priced and nice place to live I would definitely recommend coming here. It is also right next to the Los Gatos Creek Trail which goes on for miles.
