I have had a great experience at Eaves San Dimas Canyon from the beginning when I called and first spoke to Virginia. She is the person who encouraged me to process an application. Once I did that my contact person was Hernan and talk about awesome service. He definitely raised the bar and provided absolutely 10 star service when it came to making sure all my questions were answered, providing me all my options and most of all always following up with me. I honestly can say that this process went extremely smooth and it made me feel even more confident that I was making the right decision choosing Eaves San Dimas Canyon as my place to call home.

Hernan is awesome. I feel comfortable and welcomed with him as my property manager. He is on top of solving any issues. His customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. I am also pleased with maintenance team, they are always on top of it! I finally found an apartment Im comfortable and pleased with and I plan on renewing my lease again!

My wife and I love this community! Very family oriented. Virginia the property manager made the process so easy and shes super helpful. The whole staff is very friendly and quick to help. Its our second year living here and we love how calm and clean the premises are. Definitely a great place to live, thank you Eaves San Dimas Canyon.

We have lived here for 2 years and it's been our best apartment experience so far...having lived in 2 other apartments before we can notice the difference. The apartments and facilities are well kept and clean. Not to mention Virginia has been great! She responds to our concerns and she really cares about making this an enjoyable community to live in! And the events they put in place on special holidays make this community even an extra ounce more enjoyable!
