Im a new resident to Ava and wanted to leave a review for Luis and Ava. So far the team has been extremely responsive and quick and very pleasant and positive the entire time. Im sure there will be ups and downs as everything in life but so far its been great and the amenities are amazing! The people that Ive met there are very pleasant and Im excited to move in. Five stars across-the-board. And again Luis is kicking butt over there and taking names

This is a perfect place! I moved here a week ago from New York, and Luis made what would be a stressful leasing experience a breeze. The amenities are top-notch with pool, spa, BBQ spots, beach volleyball, tennis court, and so on. The apartment is super clean and well maintained. All gates are equipped with smart access system. Super Safe!
Everyone I've met here has been very friendly. It's a solid place for a young-professional looking to live in SD. I am very happy to be living here!
Also, I'd like to give a big shout-out to Luis Quintana! He is super patient with all my questions. He set up everything and gave me detailed instructions for after-hours move-in. He even placed all my packages inside my apartment home! He is awesome! And he is the best Community Consultant I have ever met. Highly recommended!

I moved into Ava a few weeks ago but started working with their team a month prior. The entire experience has been great so far. I was moving in from out of town and Luis and the team essentially held my hand through the entire process. Communication was great and I felt informed every step of the way.
Living here so far has been great. The property is really well maintained and though PB is known for a younger, party crowd, the residents at Ava keep it respectful. You can always find people having a blast at the pool, but its totally fine once "quiet hours" hit.

Coming from San Francisco -- AVA Pacific Beach is great. Amenities are 10/10. Apartment rooms are spacious. Staff (especially Luis Quintana) go out of their way to make sure you are completely taken care of. Nothing bad to say about AVA PB. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to San Diego.
