Living room has smart TV with Netflix and Hulu (no live TV) and 3-speed ceiling fan. Washer/Dryer included.
Kitchen includes 4 burner gas cooktop and oven, coffee machine, blender, large fridge with ice and water dispenser, microwave.
The amazing outdoor area - a large deck downstairs (which is shared with the 1 bedroom unit there) has a relaxing low table and chairs, extra bench seating, outdoor grill, and awesome ocean views. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunset or start your day with a morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Feel free to help yourself to avocados from the tree when they're in season!

You'll have the entire upstairs floor apartment to yourself. The deck downstairs with amazing views is there to enjoy as well, and is shared with the 1 bedroom apartment's residents as well. Outdoor bbq grill and ample seating provided.
We ask that you are respectful of other neighbors downstairs. Not only is the shared deck next to their living/dining area, but their ceiling is right below your apartment's floor. This means that excessive stomping, dragging furniture or yelling upstairs can be heard below. We want everybody to have an enjoyable time at the apartments, so we have strict "NO PARTIES" and "NO EXCESS NOISE AFTER 10PM" rules in place. Taking shoes off while inside also helps keep any disturbance to a minimum.
The apartment is located at the back of the block, accessible up a flight of stairs from street level, but if you have heavy items you can walk straight in from the alley access (drop off only, no parking). Treehouse is the upstairs unit so you will need to manage 1 more flight of stairs from there. Free street parking is available by the property on Newport Ave. and you rarely need to park far from the letterboxes. Just be sure to turn your wheels against the curb to avoid being fined as the street is on a hill.
