Edit: I was contacted after this to address the situation. They gave a rent credit for the cost I spent on a new water filter and told me the situation would be address with their staff. Front office person told me it would be too expensive to replace the fridge water filter themselves. Emailed the property manager, who never seems to be in the office, about their refusal to provide routine maintenance on their items and received no reply. Not even a message acknowledging the email was received. Every email I have sent to her was been ignored. So when their website says "a maintenance free lifestyle", they are talking about themselves, not the residents.

Horrible - 1) Owner will make up lies to try to evict you if you complain; 2) When that doesn't work--Owner will pay private security persons to assault you; 3) When that doesn't work, Owner says he will compensate for the unlawful conduct--but doesn't; 4) Owner agrees to pay for move--but doesn't help you find a place to move to when you only have 3 months left in San Antonio (nobody gives 3 month leases from my search); and finally 5) Owner refuses to maintain A/C. I have had recurring health issues since December that have been puzzling to my Dr.'s and I. After my latest round of labs--I was encouraged to look around my home environment for a source of my health issues. I did and found that the entire A/C system is infested with mold. John with Aladdin Environmental, LLC came out yesterday and took air quality samples (cost me $300). Can't see how anyone would risk the chance that ANY ONE of the above could happen to you. Oh--btw--I think the pool closes at 11:00 pm b/c the rats need their swim time.

Initially place looks really nice. Once you move in is when the problems begin. $25 fee for trash violations for trash that "is stinking"....

Initially place looks really nice. Once you move in is when the problems begin. $25 fee for trash violations for trash that "is stinking". Oh and those fees are not listed in the lease. Impossible to get hold of management. They issues new rules seemingly on a daily basis that are not in the lease. Example: posted pool hours are until 11 and lease says 11. When they got a new security company, new rules saying it closes at 10pm. Lets not forget the security company. Many cars were getting broken into at night and getting wheels stolen and the car left on blocks, so they got a security company. The company is supposed to patrol. I have NEVER seen them in over 6 months of living here. There are also signs coming into the property saying you can be searched without cause. There is also a 10pm curfew. They said if you are out past that, you will be guily of trespassing. They will come into your apartment without notice and will not leave a not saying they were there or what they were doing. Also make note that in these reviews, the property reviews themselves. If that is not a conflict of interest, what is. Also make note of the reviews by Lily Ayala, Natalie Chavez, Victoria Northcutt and Ashley Ledesma. All these people WORK IN THE FRONT OFFICE. These apartments look attractive from the tour, but there are comparable apartments in the area for comparable rents that have better staff.
