EDIT: Added more stars because my most recent complaint of my stove going out was handled within 24 hours and maintenance was extremely nice, respectful and helpful. They also apologized for the previous request not getting done in a timely manner. Thank you to the entire maintenance team for alleviating this burden quickly!
These apartments are horrible, worst mistake of my life was signing an 18 month lease. Absolutely foolish decision. I live on the 4th floor and the elevator is always broken. This present time it has been down about a month. It is inconvenient to say the least lugging up groceries and having to carry my child up and down the stairs. I had a flood in my apartment which should be considered an emergency, and it took one month for a response. I had to get a plumber ASAP, and that was at my expense with the apartments being relieved they didnt have to deal with it. The valet trash conveniently forgets to pick up the trash on the 4th floor when the elevator is out. Forcing me to take it on my own, although I pay $30 a month for the service, and you cant imagine the smell from the collection of trash in the closed quarters. If all of that doesnt deter you then call in and speak with Sylvia. She is rude, condescending and an absolute nightmare to speak too. I am glad I record conversations so I have proof of her disgusting attitude. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from these apartments. You and your family deserve better!
The apartment complex is pretty good overall. The maintenance supervisor Alex has been really good. Night and day from the other maintenance supervisor when she first moved in.

I have been living here for over a year last management was great Ariel and her temps were in it to help residents feel welcomed at the office. cant say the same about the new staff(as of late may 2022), one of the ladies was extremely rude and full of herself. The only reason Id give this place a 5 star is because of maintenance, Mr. Alex is extremely helpful and genuinely loves his job and helping tenants. To the owner please hire more people like Mr. Alex not that rude lady at the office, people really do not need to be put down or talked down to especially when their your tenants or future tenants! People skills come with the job and that person lacks it!

My AC went out I put in a wotk order late the previous evening, as soon as the office was open I called. Maintenance got to my apartment right away. This new crew worked diligently and expediently to resolve the issue. They cared and went above and beyond to make sure my family stayed cool.
