Hello google viewers. My roommate and I are looking for a new apartment and this happened to be one of the locations we checked out. On Saturday June 16th we stopped in, the lady that was there was very nice answering our questions, sadly I did not catch her name. My roommate and I decided that we would not likely rent from here but that was due to the lack of washer dry connections. Otherwise I certainly would recommend at least checking them out.

After living in these apartments for 6 months (and going more) its safe to say its been such a plesant stay! To start, rent is very inexpensive! The apartments are well maintained inside and out. They have a great maintenance team which i feel is very professional. Every time i needed something fixed in my apartment it was done in a timely manner and it almost seemed like no one even came in. Current manager is felicia, she is a great personal all around. She is professional follows the rules and regulations of the apartment. She is very consistent with staying up to date with the tenants and their needs. She makes sure to always have her team notify if they are coming in the aprtment for what ever reason. I have not seen or had isses with roaches or insects or rats at all. I am a college student but for the most part, most tenants are families. Have not had any issues with any other tenant everyone seems to be respectful and decent all the time. Per the complex its self, theres not many amenities at all. I mean there is a pool and a laundry room and that pretty much is all. Personally this is more than enogh for the rent and service you pay for. Over all this is a great place. They have a short 6 month lease which is very convinient in my opinion. Managment is A+ always dedicated and willing to support the tenants. Security patrols regularly at night, and i really have not seen much of crime around here. So yes id totally recoment this to friends and family!!

I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Met some very wonderful people while living there and still stay in contact with them. I enjoyed walking the grounds with my friends dog and wished that others cleaned up better after their pets. Large apartment with large living area and bedrooms. Management Cassandra was absolutely the nicest lady and always had a wonderful smile to greet you and make you feel at home with whatever issue that came up. Fast friendly and very good maintance crew.
