Worst place I've ever lived ! Crazy people live here . I never feel safe. Only been here for four months and I have had been thretaned 3 time by people who live here. Every time my girlfriend is over she gets asked if she is "working" one guy went as far as slapping her on the butt!!!!! The police are here every day (Guess that's a upside) I can't wait tell my lease is over! I actually miss living in a motorhome.I Do not feel safe here! The security door has been broken for over a month just saying . This place is not a safe place. They need security people

My husband and I and our roommates just moved out of this place. In the beginning, it was not so bad but as time went on things had gotten worse. We had problems with our kitchen light for months and it had taken us complaining to them many times about the problem. We had roaches, bed bugs, and mice and we had kept our apartment pretty clean yet those bugs and mice were coming in. We go into the office to complain about them but nothing would get done. I am very unimpressed with this apartment complex.

One of the very few amenities that makes this place barely tolerable is the pool. Called today to see when it was opening, and was told "they're trying to decide." A few bad apples have rendered the pool closed. Why are the 90% of rent paying good tenants being punished? According to Holden, they are going to fix the fence, then decide. They may also charge us more for the pool according to him. If we know anything about this place and their ability to fix things in a timely manner, this will never happen. They let us live with massive holes in our ceilings, cockroaches everywhere, dirty garbage strewn everywhere. If you are thinking of moving into this place, don't. It is a very small step up from completely being a slum house, and any amenities are taken away. Stay far, far, far away from this place.

Worst Apartment I've ever lived in. Mouse infestation. Most miserable experience ever. When I lived there they offered me like 2 small mouse poison . Like no, get someone in here to take care of this problem.When I moved out there was mouse poo under everything. I was getting bit by some bug, I dont think bed bugs but I threw out all my furniture when I moved out and started over. On the plus side, it was the only place that would take me at the time but I think I would have been better off continuing to sleep in my friends living room but I am extremely scared and disgusted my mice, Maybe get a cat or dog. Except a lot of the residents just let their dogs poop every where including the walkway.

I thought moving in would be cheap, think again spend countless dollars on pest control and mattresses. Management does nothing and they know how the living conditions are. Please dont take your children here! On top of that they charge ridiculous move out free. Never recommend

When my wife and I moved in the carpets smelled so strongly of cigarettes that my wife got headaches for weeks. We had to do a deep clean of the entire apartment which I didn't complain too much about because it was the cheapest place I could find. But now, a year after I've moved out, a collection agency is asking for $800 for cleaning and damages. If you think you'll save some money by living here, think again. Also several times had drunk or drugged up people in my stairs and hallway.

I signed My lease for a year (first mistake), you pay for like bug removal but theres Still roaches even in the lighted hallways. Lol they have no fear apparently. The ladies in the leasing office are the dumbest people I have Ever met. They constantly tried to charge me more and then lost my notice to move out saying I had To stay for an extra month. The neighbors are disrespectful. Letting their kids run around the halls that echo being loud and not saying anything to them. Constant trash all around the grounds. Chicken wing bones etc. got in arguments and fights with my neighbors when their aggressive unleashed dog attacked mine and me. Brought it up to the management and they didnt do anything. Luckily it was me and not a small child. Walls are thin as could be. Do not move here. It was the worst decision of my life; a life lesson but it sucked. They also still owe me a refund for my initial deposit but The leasing ladies are so dumb and rude that I havent Even bothered asking them about it.

Yes they spray but you will lose everything when you move unless you want to risk bringing these "pests" to your next home.. Cars are constantly getting windows busted out. Happened to my friend when she spent the night. and my building handle was broken after a month of living here. So security is an issue. A young man was shot right outside my building.. Not a week goes by that there's not a shooting, either in the complex or nearby. Hardly a day goes by that you don't see the police in the parking lot. As long as your rent is paid, the staff couldn't care less about the living conditions or the rampant crime. The whole place should be razed.

The office staff appear nice in person but not even they knew that the water to my whole building was off which I'm pretty sure is illegal in some way. The staff was not communicating with CAP. My husband and I kept asking what we owed in rent? We have never been late paying our rent. We received three eviction notices on our door, before we ever moved in. My husband had to take a day and a half vacation time from his job. To show up and do their jobs for them. Our second month here, we paid our rent on the 2nd. And again received an eviction notice on our door, dated for the 10th. We are smart enough to keep all of our receipts. Our furnace hasn't shut off since we moved in. We gave them notice, weeks ago that it needed fixed. It finally got fixed today. Took the maintenance guys about 5 minutes to fix the problem. Nany Gonzalez is very unprofessional.She called me names. I told her that she needed to learn how to do her job. She said that she knows how. So, I showed her the eviction notice. And I told her that if she knew what she was doing, we wouldn't have received it. When we moved in we also found cockroaches. Dead and alive. They told us they were putting us in an apartment on the second floor, at the back of the complex. They moved us in on the bottom floor at the front of the complex. We didn't see our apartment until they had already received money from us. I have rented a lot of places throughout my life. This is by far, the worst place I have ever lived in. Don't even consider this as a place to live. It is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!! And they are charging a cleaning fee. Yet, my apartment was filthy when I moved in. Someone is pocketing money, somewhere!!!! Its easy to get into these apartments and I can see why, But for the price it really isnt worth it. We moved in and we noticed we had cockroaches and mice. The first week we moved in we found out the neighbors upstairs were moving due to bed begs. Now we have bed bugs. They offer to spray for pests (included in the rent) and never show up, or they do, and it is not done correctly. The kitchen is super outdated and there is little to no counter space (or any space in this 2 bedroom apartment), and the dumpsters are always overfilled to where there is large amounts of garbage all over! I would honestly look for somewhere else to live. Even under new management they are not good.

For Example, documentation purpose, It is Friday September 1st, 2017 Anyway i got home about 6:00 tonight to, the hallway flooding, from the closet by the door. I found out that it was caused by a constant drip coming down the exhaust pipe for the furnace. After several try's I finally got threw to Maintenance and they said it was caused by the upstairs neighbors air conditioner line being clogged and that They would have to unclog it, i said fine but in the mean time can You sent someone over to take a look and with a couple of 5 gallon buckets to put under the drip? He said I'll see what I can do so I said fine. That was 3 hours and 15 minutes ago. So I want This Documented that if That Furnace Get Destroyed from Water Damage it is not My Fault It was caused By Incompetent Solora Employees. I Have Been Very Unhappy ever since I moved in here, and do not recommend that Any Body I Mean Any Body Move in Here because You will suffer in the long run.

First off, I was told by the staff member at the leasing office that I would be paying $550 flat for rent each month, I get my bill and it turns out to be $680 per month. Second, within the first week of living the, I walk outside and notice that all four of my tires had been slashed on my brand new car. Third, there were always roaches, spiders, and mice crawling around in my apartment, it got to the point where I couldn't keep food there. Lastly, there was ALWAYS a nauseating oder in the hallway that I had complained about muitlibe times but nothing was ever done about it, it literally made me throw up twice. I could go on for days about how horrible this place was. It should really be shut down.

A lot of arguments and people not watching their kids. The biggest problem was the Roaches. I'm glad my unit didn't have bed bugs. But everything broke down. And I think their was nice there. Omg. Horrible place. I can't believe people keep apartments like this. They should be shut down. And reported for horrible conditions. The ladies were always harassing you. And late fees. Weed smell was horrible. Domestic violence was a issue.

Then this place is perfect for you! The new solara staff is a joke. They WONT come and do pest control, we've scheduled three times and they've never showed, they also never sent maintenance guys when we al moved on to fix the numerous maintenance issues. Contacted them a month ago about it and there's still nothing. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Unless you happen to be wanting to sell drugs and are a bit sketch yourself, then this place is honestly great for you.

Garbage everywhere. While living there my window for broken out by other tenants yet it took them one month plus to repair. Can't control temp of hot water on bottom floor... scalding hot..burns you in shower. Water leaks all the time from taps. . never gets fixed yet you're responsible for water costs... They advertise family setting...Bahahaha... Ridiculous.... It's the last place you'd want your family or anyone else,. . Place is a straight up DUMP!

There is theft and drugs literally everywhere. The hallways are constantly flooding and stink of cigarettes and garbage. There's also mice and roaches. The basement units don't include AC, which they conveniently neglect to mention when showing units. For the same exact price you can get a much higher quality apartment elsewhere. The office staff is friendly but it does not make up for the overall quality of the complex.

They will bring just anyone into there community when clearly the look like trouble! They ridiculous pricing for apartments that like they rest if the people who took time to start explainng these apartments are not worth it! This place is the worst place I've ever lived. I lived there a year. Here's what I experienced. 1). Management is really hard to work with. They'll do anything to get money out of you. They say one thing but do another. If/when you sign a lease read the fine print. I made the mistake of not doing so. 2). This place is infested w cockroaches, mice, & who knows what else. There's no getting rid of them either. If you move in, you're stuck w pests. Plus, it's hit or miss. Consider yourself lucky to get an apartment w/o roaches. 3). Unsafe place to live. First I was in a fire. Luckily my stuff was safe. Although I had some items stolen when we were made to wait a week to get our stuff from the apartment. My car was broken into as well. This place isn't gated, so anyone can wander in off the streets. The doors to the buildings have no locks. Plus there are drug addicts that live there as well. 4). Very unclean. Trash everywhere they do a pathetic job to keep it clean. That's probably the reason for all the pests. 5). For being such a crappy place they sure charge alot. Rent was a joke, plus I had to pay a cleaning fee, & pest control which was a rip off. So, if you choose to live here, be warned what you're gonna get yourself into. I've lived in a few crappy apartments but this place was by far the worse, thats the reason for one star. Wish they had a no star option have nothing good to say about this pace. Which usually I would say one positive thing at the least.
