Application & Deposits:
- $65 application fee per adult
- Apply within 24 hours of your visit & have the fee credited to your first month’s rent!
- Security deposit: $1,000- $1,500 (based on approval)
Pet Policy:
- One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed per household, cats not allowed
- $500 deposit + $25/month pet rent
- Qualified service/companion animals permitted under ADA & Fair Housing laws
Utilities:
- Garbage: $25/month, billed with rent
- Water/Sewer: Billed monthly based on usage. To help offset utility expenses, the property covers 10% of the total bill, with residents responsible for the remainder
- Electricity: Residents are required to establish and maintain their own individual electric service account with PGE Electric
- Wi-Fi: Xfinity Wi-Fi routers are pre-installed in each unit. Residents are responsible for activating the service and covering all associated costs directly with the provider
