Walton Centennial is a great place to live. Well-maintained, neat and tidy. The best part are the staff and residents. The staff is friendly and attentive to resident's needs and requests. The residents here are warm, friendly and just plain good neighbors. It's a great little community and a wonderful place to call home. Unfortunately, an unavoidable out-of-state job relocation is pulling us away from here. We will miss our friends and neighbors and the staff.

I was going to move into this complex but during the application process, I was told MUST have renters insurance. I ask them to...
I was going to move into this complex but during the application process, I was told MUST have renters insurance. I ask them to explain why they require this insurance. They said to cover my furniture/ belongs incase of something like a fire. I explained that I would assume the risk on my own property. She said the wasn't good enough. I ask what the minimum amount of insurance that was required. I was told $100,000 dollars which is crazy because most renters $100,000 in valued belonging.
The maintence team is the best thing about this community & the free books
I have no complaints. I LOVE Walton Centennial. Priced fairly for area and everyone is very nice.
