The lease options are:
Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $725.00 per month for an individual with a $75 leasing fee, move-out cleaning/maintenance fee of $275 with no security deposit and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $800.00 per month for an individual with a $75 leasing fee, move-out cleaning/maintenance fee of $275 with no security deposit and a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
The house & bedroom is completely furnished. $100 discount for lease submitted before March 15, 2026.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
Private locked office available with high-speed internet for working from home for $75 extra a month.
