The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 3 month minimum stay: $650.00 per month for one person with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.

Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $750.00 per month for one person with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.

The house & bedroom is completely furnished.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
