The lease options are:
Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1,200.00 per month for a single person with a $50 application and leasing fee, move-out cleaning fee of $250, with no security deposit and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1350 per month for an individual with a $50 application and leasing fee, move-out cleaning fee of $250, with no security deposit and with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. Last month’s rent paid up front if more than 1 month stay.
Pets considered on a case by case basis. An extra $50 a month to rent per pet per month and $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
The house is completely furnished.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
