I have lived here for 2 years and I love the property management. Whenever Ive needed anything the manager Brandy is on it ! They do there best to keep the property nice and keep trespassing out! I also was just establishing my credit moving in and they worked with me when other complexes wouldnt . The rent is also affordable the mall is down the street and there are many places to go right in this area with easy access to the frwy

Weve lived at the magnolia villa apartments for 3 years, we were living in a one bedroom when we first moved in which we lived in for two years and then transferred into a two bedroom. We chose this complex because of the gated aspect, they have security cameras, and its also a fairly small complex, we have small children and wanted to feel safe. We also chose the complex because we felt the price was right. We just recently moved into a two bedroom and decided to stay here because we really like the complex thus far. In other complexes you hear about theft, managers that are unbearable and crazy prices for small apartments. The transition into the new apartment went well, we had a few repairs that needed to be done and they were done in a timely manner. Brandy is always friendly, approachable and easy to get in touch with. We enjoy living here and dont see moving out of this complex anytime soon!

I love these apartments!! I moved in with my parents back in 2004 and stay until 2016, before I got my first place with my fiance. Now we are moving back with our son to be , coming next month! It's so cool for a second generation to grow up on this amazing property as well!! The manager Brandy always goes above and beyond for her tenants and was more than happy to help us with looking for an apartment and coming back here and helping us get through the process!! This is definitely the place you wanna live!! The apartments are always well maintained, clean, pet friendly and offers an amazing pool and playground area!!
