Living for nearly a month here and the experience from the tour, moving in process and now that I am able to enjoy my new home was EXCELLENT. Isa Ros made my moving experience fast and smoothly. The community is in great conditions, always clean and recently put a work order and maintenance fix my a/c super fast. Thank God cause it was super hot. Highly recommend the apartment complex.

It's a pleasure to meet with Isa who is professional and kind. I scooped into the property after work to check it out and by accident asked her about the area. She introduced her self and she was about to close one of the apartments so she showed me. I'm really happy that I was able to find Concord Place which is a very nice apartment complex around this area. Looking forward to live here.

Excellent tour and charming property. I've been trying to make time to go to Concord for a proper tour and Isa accommodate me and my family on a Sunday afternoon for a tour. The leasing manager was very detail oriented and answer all my question before I even ask. I asked two of the residents from the complex how they like management and the property and they both gave me good feed back. It was kind of funny to read one of the negative reviews here. I've visited a friend of mine here, and her apartment is well kept and she as well has no complains about management. Apparently is completely the opposite. Management likes to take care of repairs right away.
I will definitely move in here.
