These apartments don't even deserve a star at all. I have been here for almost 2 years and these are the worst apartments i have ever lived in. They don't fix nothing and when they do they do a poor job about doing it and it takes them forever. They are infested with roaches and some with bed bugs. The air doesn't even work half the time and it takes them forever to fix it like everything else. These apartments are not worth what I pay. Y'all need to get these together or shut them down.

I've never seen an apartment complex where management won't enforce simple rules like refusing to fine tenants for not cleaning up after their pets, throwing trash any and everywhere, noise levels, children in front of every door and hanging out in front of everyone's apartment except their own, no fine for parents of children vandalizing apartments....I could go on and on but here are some pics and this is what it looks like every other day.... sadly, you'd be better off staying at Econo lodge.

It is so awful living here I can't wait till my lease is up because they never fix anything but they always want money. Besides when I first moved here it was a great place in Ridgeland for me and my family but they always changing mangers and again I will say your problems never get solved. Our apartment has roaches so bad until we had to bomb our apartment. The bug an was suppose to be in our apartment spraying, guess where he is? He was sitting in his truck telling them he had sprayed. But he did not know I had got off work and saw what he was doing. But at the same time the manger telling my fianc he sprayed. Until I had to step up and tell my fianc say the dude is a lie. They never change their A/C unit filters they nasty and we have told them about that it's not fixed. The A/C unit went out and we have a sickly child with asthma. Now they fixed it until about 2 weeks later. You all I could go on and on about this place. It really is not a great play to live.

I lived in Ridgeland Ranch for 6 months and I was so happy I didn't sign a 12 month because it was the worst stay ever! Management was horrible, never received a mailbox key so I had to chase down the mailman any chance I got because the manager was never in the office to receive my mail. I was unable to move my furniture in because of the way the 1 bedroom doorway was made.. On top of that I was told that the tenants under me had bed bugs that absolutely did it for me !! Took them over a year to refund my deposit! Stay at your own risk!
