My family and I super thankful we found an amazing community to live in. The location is perfect, management is great, parking is awesome, and the amenities are great. The laundry room is always working and clean. The pool is also well maintained and clean.
The maintenance guy always does his best to complete repair jobs. He is a wonderful guy!

The manager Kevin always promptly helped with resolving issues, the neighbors were not noisy and friendly, there were almost always no people in the pool :) The only thing would be good if an intercom was installed in some parts of the building so that the delivery services had access to the territory.
Move in experience was delightful. No problems whatsoever and property manager Kevin was extremely responsive to any questions I had.

Paris was so helpful through the entire leasing process. Everything was pretty easy. I pretty much did everything online. You can even pay rent online.
