If you like garbage everywhere on the ground from the dumpsters and all over. Tall fields of grass around half the the property that never gets mowed when it's their property. Peeling paint and dirty halls that never get washed then it's a good place.

When you move out they will send you a final account bill and milk you for all your money even when you paid a security deposit. Take pictures and read in between the lines!
Also, the pet security deposit will not cover any Pet stain on the carpet after you move out! Be prepared to pay if you leave! Make sure you know what your deposit will cover when you decide to move.

Most ballin' pad in the area. Love it so much I am on my 3rd lease. Amenities off the hook. No need for vaca, its year around here. Lovely ladies in the office take care of me like my mama, and they always have a smile. Maintenance staff knowledgeable and professional, they know their stuff. Never moving. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!

I am one of the vendors/residents at Old Stone Apartments. They are very well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. I love all of the amenities that are included with the rent; water, sewer, trash, internet, and cable. My dogs LOVE the bark park, and I really like that there is a place for my pets to be able to run around and burn some of their energy. It is nice living in Republic but still being close to Springfield. I am 100% happy with the apartments.

Compared to the year before with different owners, I felt they did a HORRIBLE job clearing the parking lots after the snow/ice storm. I had to help my husband get out of the mush/ice and helped many other people. I've put in many complaints about noise from upstairs, and people not following the leash law for their pets. Not a thing has happened. Still living with the horrible noise upstairs and still dealing with a dog that runs free all of the time. I understand living in an apartment I'm going to hear my neighbors, but when my ceiling fan is shaking, and my sliding glass door is constantly shaking, there is a problem. I can't wait until June when my contract is up so I can get out of this place. I give it three stars because when I moved in over a year ago, the owners were super nice and would work with me. These new owners don't measure up at ALL.
