Nice place but charge to much for 30+ year old apartments (some things need to be updated). Garage is small, doesnt close half the time and can't fit my truck (just an 04 tundra so nothing huge). And kinda stickler about random rules like no hanging towels over my front gate/fence, but does have nice pool area and hot tub.

Very friendly office staff and maintenance people, but pest control must be a problem as I've had 5 run ins with Black Widows and other annoying bugs.

I have lived here for over a year. Yes they are a little more expensive then there competition but you get what you pay for. They have higher credit rating requirements which I appreciate. It generally provides people with a higher standard of living, which provides for a good community. I live here and love it!
