Phillip from the maintenance team is so awesome. He is always on time when you need him. He just fixed my sink and disposal and I'm very pleased. I accidentally dropped a hot pot of food in the sink while draining something and I placed my service request around 830 and he was there within 6 minutes ready to complete the request. I know it was my fault but he did everything in his power to fix it and even explained to me that it was on its way out anyways. He works very hard but you can never tell because he greets everyone with a pleasant hello and even tries to cheer my dog up whenever she looks mean or mad at me for not getting a snack. Cheers to the maintenance team! They totally rock. Phillip keep doing what your doing. Your perfect!!!! Lala and Greg thanking you so much!!!!

I've lived at 290 Quarry St for about 3 years now and it's a great place to call home. The community is super diverse and I've met all kinds of wonderful people. The leasing team is VERY helpful and supportive. And the maintenance team comes to the rescue quickly if there are any issues.
I also absolutely love the location. Right off the highway, about a mile and a half from the train, 30 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the mall and the list goes on!!!
Have lived here for two years and have always had a wonderful experience with any maintenance requests. Thank you, Phillip!
