-Application fee: $48 per adult
-Security deposit: $750 - $250 is due with the application to hold the unit (holding deposit is only refundable if an application is denied)
-Income requirements: gross monthly income of 2.5x the monthly rent (if you do not meet this requirement, we do accept a co-signer)
-Residents are responsible for all utilities
-Pets: $250 refundable deposit and $25/month per pet. 2 pet maximum
