The following minimum requirements must be met in order to qualify for this unit:

• Credit score of 680 or higher
• No Criminal History
• No Bankruptcy
• Proof of income that you make 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example-If the unit is $1,000/month you must show that you make $2,500/month).
