I still live at Laguna pointe and maintenance people dont communicate with you. When you try to ask them a question. They said call the office. They not clean up like the post too. They Spiderwebs and spiders on the walls and on top of the walls have not clean them up yet been three weeks almost a month. I guess That my job to call office about that. People that live here with dogs and they not know how to clean up there pet poop Up. Put when I do a Survey About what going on at apartment. The office Manager wants to call and get mad at you because comments that I put on there. But its a lot thing I wanted to say Im just leave like is. Not get mad do your job.

DO NOT EVER MOVE THERE. They claim this place is gated when it is always broken. They will do nothing about your issues in the apartment because they are too lazy. The noise level at this place is ridiculous and this place is filthy and disgusting. Roaches everywhere. Good luck coming home after 8pm because there will be no parking there. Again do not move there!!

BEEN LIVING HER ONLY FOR 2 MONTH AND HAVE TWO INSPECTIONS , i AM HONESTLY CONSIDERING TALKING TO A LAWYER ABOUT HARASSMENT . THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL ON SOME LEAVE. I've been living here for a few years only because the housing is ridiculously expensive in South Florida. The appartments themselves are fine but the management is some of the worst I've seen. They are rude, condescending and act like you're wrong no matter what topic you bring up with them. I was recently in a car wreck and my car was totaled, I got a replacement car and now they want to charge me for a parking permit because I don't have the other one...from the car that's sitting in a scrap pile. The supposed "gated community" has had working gates for about 3 months of the almost three years I've lived here, and they do nothing to fix them. And in top of that there are constantly kids running up and down the halls putting holes in walls and making noise until all hours of the night and no parents watching them, I've seen toddlers wandering the halls by themselves.
