The Trend is really the place to be!! The 24/7 rooftop amenities became the big seller for me. Staff really looked out during the entirety of my lease as they were always very quick to respond + promptly addressed anything I put on their plate. Would recommend Weidner and the Trend to anyone.
Lastly, Anthony in the leasing office is the man!! Its been a pleasure doing business.

I lived at the trend from Oct 2020 - Oct 2021 and had an amazing experience while living there. For starters, it's an amazing location. It's central to all of the Phoenix area with a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops within 5 minutes. The actual units and building amenities speak for themselves. You can't beat the amazing rooftop pool and every unit has a spacious patio. I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and I think what separates The Trend from others is the incredible staff. Both Danielle and Kristi make the community feel like home - always finding fun things to celebrate and having thoughtful gifts for residents (and their pups). They also try to bring the community together by hosting fun events for residents. Lastly, the maintenance staff was very friendly, professional and prompt with any issues I had. Overall - I would highly recommend the Trend at 51 if you are looking for an apartment home.

I enjoy living here. The manager Kristy is so helpful. She is always smiling and so friendly and willing to help even though she runs the whole complex by herself. The maintenance manager always says hi and keeps all the garbage picked up. I had a friend visit from California last weekend and it was so exciting to show off my apartment and the roof top pool. The only recommendation I would say is to hire another person in the office.
