This is our second corporate rental with Mirador. The sales staff, Merced, Chelsea and Oshane, have been very responsive and helpful. The property still looks to be well cared for. Our walk-through identified three items needing maintenance attention so hopefully they will get addressed in a timely manner. They all have been entered into the maintenance request system. Overall, a positive experience as the new residents look forward to their new home.

Mirador is ideally nestled in a protected valley in the center of Phoenix just 7 minutes from 2 major freeways. On one side of this spacious property is pristine desert terrain, on the other side are million-dollar homes, and running throughout is a beautiful golf course. Mirador has the curb appeal of a high-end condo complex, and offers walking, hiking and biking trails on nearby desert preserve land, just 3 minutes from my apartment. I feel safe here. The views are spectacular, ranging from lush golf course greens and fairways to striking desert mountain vistas.
This unusual property sets the stage for a different kind of modern community. There is an age and ethnic diversity among tenants that I find delightful, something that is rare in gated communities, and a friendliness between neighbors who also respect my privacy. At my front door, I can exchange niceties with neighbors, yet from my living room and patio I experience spaciousness I have only known before in an expensive, single-family dwelling.
The on-site management is very professional, yet good-humored and sociable. They respond in a timely manner to my requests for assistance. I feel like I have a private staff of yard and maintenance people who keep everything in great shape - right down to the filter in my AC unit.
The most amazing thing, is that I have all of the advantages of Mirador on a lease that seems very affordable to me. I love it here.
