I recently moved to Phoenix and truly love my apartment here at the Hawthorne. My favorite thing about the apartment itself is all the huge windows and natural light that comes in. The complex seems to be very quiet and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance has also been very prompt so far. As for the leasing staff, Max has been beyond kind and helpful in getting things accomplished in my apartment as well as orienting me to the area.

My move into the Hawthorne Apartments was very good. My apartment was very clean and every room was large enough to accompany all my belongings, during my move- in. I have been here for about 3 weeks so far and feel very comfortable. Its like living in a one story home. Sonia and Max have made my transition into my new apartment very easy. They showed great concern in addressing all of my concerns before move-in and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. An exceptionally great place to stay.

The Hawthorne apartment complex was vary clean, vary well maintained. What mostly caught my attention were the two vary friendly agents up front in the office by the names of Sonia and max. Ive been driving around looking for apartments everywhere and havent had service like these two anywhere. The way they made me feel like I really matter, and that they were going to do their best to help make sure my family and I have a home. In this market I Couldnt be more pleased with their service instead of turning me away they took care of me and made me feel at home. I would recommend all to tour the Hawthorne, their doing some great new things over there. Thanks Sonia thanks Max! Glad to be moving in Soon.
