I was there for only 6 months and enjoyed every second of my stay. I wished I knew about this apt years ago when I was still in AZ. I miss walking in the park behind the apartment building. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional!

I lived here twice I hated it there were nosey ass neighbors who complained about everything the way my son walked when he played they've been on the roof there was roaches everywhere there was a guy that claim to be the security guard that would sit outside my house till 3 o'clock in the morning and stare at my door they complained about my family coming over I had a service animal a service animal you cannot deny a service animal to be anywhere they go and grocery stores for crying out loud and they evicted me for having a service dog

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. The front office and entire staff is family orientated and caring toward each tenant. During my time there, most of my surrounding neighbors were friendly and felt like a family. The maintenance crew is awesome, and were always quick to get things done, while going beyond expectations. I am so pleased to have called this my home.

I lived here from 2014-15 about 14 months total rose the office assistant is a complete sweetheart brian the manager is very understanding they get maintenance out right away everytime i had a problem it was same day fixed they will work with you on any situation very very understanding people neighborhood is ok i never was concerned for my safety all in all good nice quite place with resonable management
