The Element. A 1967 A-frame, restored in Arcadia Lite. The Element is a 45-home mid-century court on 38th Street, built around a black-and-cedar A-frame that’s anchored this corner since 1967. If you’re not much home during the week anyway, put your money into the area you live in. The Element also keeps a single two-bedroom, our largest home and the one that almost never comes open.
