It is skyrocketing because we are using a portable air conditioner the last time I got Andrea on the phone was almost 2 weeks ago an I have not heard from her since , this complex is falling apart the yard has weeds as tall as me no one is taking care of it ... i used to love living here til you guys took over ... i need answers ASAP

Jazmin has always been lovely and she has been extremely helpful with me and my husband after our bank account information was stolen right after we had paid rent (word of advice, don't EVER use GoBank, their process for recovering funds is the literal worst and takes weeks). I absolutely love my home and have recommended Taylor Street to numerous people, and even one of our friends rents with them now! I don't ever plan on leaving, and seriously, give Jazmin a raise! :)

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is hands down the WORST property management company that I have ever dealt with. I went almost an entire month without properly working air conditioning. They acted like they didn't believe me that it wasn't working right and tried to blame it on us for not changing the air filter. It was getting up to 87 degrees everyday which is just unacceptable! It wasn't until I threatened getting my attorney involved that they actually replaced the A/C unit. They have also let the entire complex go down hill, the landscaping is a mess and other tenants don't clean up after their dogs but management won't do anything! Also, the property manager Andrea is horrible, I have NEVER dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional.
I did just find out today that they will no longer be managing my complex, such a blessing!!
Please stay far away from any properties this company manages!

I am currently a tenant at one of their properties. Recently i had a major clog in the drain.. It was really bad.. This had to happen on a Sat. We ended up in a hotel but the next day i was able to get in touch with them and they had some great guys named bill and Scott come out they worked for 2 hours on popping it ..finally it worked.. We ended up staying in hotel for 2 days and they have already credited my account.. I am very impressed after this stressful event. Thank you

Andrea is the property manager for the Atrium apartments in Tempe she is extremely rude and unprofessional in all the email conversations we had when I wasnt being ignored and getting her on the phone is extremely difficult. Maintenance requests will be ignored.

Tried calling to dispute my refund on the deposit instead took forever for a response, had to email twice just to get a response, then was given no explanation. When I tried to call the receptionist was extremely rude and didnt seem to want to help at all, and the property manager (she manages the atrium and is somehow the VP) was extremely rude our entire phone call. She raised her voice and her reason for doing so was because, I told you 3 times already. As if clarification is a reason to raise your voice at someone. Then continued to be rude and hung up on me as well, as I repeatedly told her there is no reason to be rude and unprofessional. If you want to live somewhere dependable and reliable, with good customer relations, DO NOT COME HERE. Worst property management I have dealt with in al my time as a renter.

Worst management of a property I have ever dealt with. Getting Andrea on the phone is virtually impossible. The complex Vera is a mess never been cleaned up the laundry room is disgusting. No garbage cans placed inside the laundry, washer leaks floor is covered in dirt and lint. Turnover is high so if you do move in please be prepared to not know who does what from this company. We miss Joe and Braxton bring back people who actually talk to the tenants and not talk at them. CLEAN THE DAMN PROPERTY! PAY SOMEONE FROM THE PROPERTY TO CLEAN UP ONCE A WEEK! it's not that damn hard to figure out stop hiding in your offices and actually come out and know who lives in your building.
Another (2nd in 2 months) tenant has just up and left because of Andrea the so called VP of the company. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up

The individual who now manages this property is not someone you can go to voice concerns about what goes on around here. I recently moved into an apartment managed by Taylor Street and I have to say it's a really nice and clean apartment. The area is quiet and everything seems to be well maintained. Jason was excellent in helping me understand everything and getting everything done in a timely manner as I had to move in quickly.
Jason was my leasing agent and he was fantastic! He was patient with my many questions and even let me view the property again....

Our experience with Taylor Street at 18 on Eighteen has had its ups and downs. At first, it was honestly a disaster. The day of move in, our unit was still under construction and we were moved to another unit. This wouldnt have been a problem if we had been informed, but we werent and therefore had to pay utility fees for moving our services to another address, as we had set a start date for the services at the direction of management. Our property manger, Braxton, was unhelpful, offputting, and generally pretty rude. He offered no assistance or apologies. The unit we were moved into was not clean at all and I had to spend $150 and my first two days there cleaning it myself before I could move our things in. They put no effort into having it ready for us and didnt give us a heads up at all. Locks were not ready and the fridge still had items in it... It took almost two weeks for him to drop off our gate keys, which resulted in us being locked out multiple times. When our fridge broke down, Braxton had trouble coming to fix it because he said he didnt have a key to our place which I found strange and unsafe coming from our property manager. Since then, Taylor Street has been alright! Units are very nice looking but seem poorly constructed, as we have cabinets hanging off their hinges because they werent fully installed and lots of random cracks in the walls. There is dog poop all over the community grounds. HOWEVER- The new property manager Andrea seems really great and has responded to our needs very kindly and quickly! Amazing so far! I have hope that our experience here will continue to improve with her.

I have lived at 13 on Cambridge since the summer of 2013 and have no plans of moving to another apartment. In my time here, Jason and the Taylor management team have shown me nothing but respect and kindness. They are eager to please and are creative problem solvers.
Living in a historic neighborhood can be challenging, but they have always been very responsive to my needs and maintenance requests. Older buildings come with more issues, but they respond as quickly as possible and bring out the best local businesses to help solve problems. After a problem has been taken care of, I always receive a follow up email/text/call/drop-by to see if it has been taken care of to their high standards.
I've seen my unit change in beautiful ways though the short time I've been here. Our courtyard is amazing and constantly taken care of by a great landscaping team. Our units have been remodeled twice since I've lived here to include great floors and amenities. We have locked gates, cameras, and enough lights to make the place look like daytime during the evening. I have always been able to come home to a safe and beautiful apartment.
The location is great, the management is amazing, the nieghbors are kind - it's a great place in Central Phoenix to call home!

As a current tenant on 15 on Cambridge, I am eager to move out.
The property is extremely poorly managed. There have been termites, water leaks from the ceiling, and mold. Maintenance requests take weeks to months to be taken care of. When they do finally come out after incessant emails, you get a a bandaid repair.
To be more specific:
1) the shower head popped off, and I couldn't shower for weeks. I had to send in two requests for them to finally repair.
2) termite shoots in the bathroom. First they said it was already treated, but they kept growing. So i had to insist somebody come back to inspect. Then 1 month later, the shoots spread to other parts of the bathroom and hallway.
3) leak in the living area ceiling January 1, 2017. The inspection was not done until several days later, and the repair was minimal. There was paint dust all over my kitchen and furniture and the workers used my personal kitchen towels. Today (March 21) there are still water damage lines along the ceiling. And the apartment is very humid.
4) with the following downpour one month later in February 2017 there was another leak in the bathroom this time with visible black mold growing on the ceiling. I put the request in right away. When I returned from a 3 week trip. I found the repair was a bandaid fix and the mold was still present and spreading. I am still fighting to get this fixed.
If you are looking for apartments, save yourself the time and headaches.
Go elsewhere.
