To ensure a harmonious living environment, we conduct thorough background checks, including eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal history screenings. Our criteria include a minimum combined household income of three times the rent, no outstanding collections with other property managers or utility companies, no ongoing bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past five years.
We understand that your pets are part of your family, which is why we gladly welcome up to two pets in our studio apartments. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, along with an additional monthly rent of $25 per pet. At The Village on University, we have no weight or breed restrictions, and we even offer an onsite Bark Park for your furry friend to enjoy.
Simplify your life with our all-inclusive monthly fee of just $40, covering water, sewer, trash services, lawn care, and snow removal. For an extra $45, you can enjoy unlimited high-speed internet, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout your home.
