Location
Located in Summit Park, a quiet mountain community perfectly positioned between Salt Lake City (30 min) and Park City (under 30 min). Canyons Village is under 20 minutes away. Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and the Cottonwood Canyon resorts are about 45 minutes in good conditions.
Walking and mountain biking trails are accessible directly from the neighborhood. Great for EPIC and ICON pass holders.
Move-in costs
Application fee: $45 (nonrefundable)
Security deposit: $4500
First month's rent (prorated) ~$4,500
Lease initiation fee: $450 (one time, nonrefundable)
Monthly Costs:

Utilities: All utilities in tenant's name
Security deposit is refundable less cleaning and any damages beyond normal wear and tear. No hidden fees.
Rental requirements
Credit score: 600 minimum
Income: Gross monthly income of at least 3× the monthly rent
Rental history: Positive references from previous landlords
A few things to know:
This is a true mountain home with rustic features and character — it is a renovated older cabin.
No air conditioning. Summers are cool at elevation. A 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended in winter — roads can be steep and icy. Wildlife is common in the area. Street parking is not permitted in winters. Residents may use the 2-car garage and driveway.
