The middle level includes a second wood-burning stove, large family room, washer/dryer hookups, all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private deck off each bedroom. The lowest level is an unfinished basement with ample space for a workout area or storage, along with a walk-in storage closet.
A well-behaved pet may be considered with a $500 pet deposit per pet. No smoking. First and last month's rent and a $3,500 security deposit are required prior to move-in. Available for a 12-month lease only.
UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity (Solar-set amount reimbursed to owner), gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for lawn care, removing snow from the driveway, walkways/sidewalks, and patio/decks as well as replacing water filters and maintaining the water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident must obtain new Utah Driver's License with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.

APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable. Applications submitted through third-party websites will not be considered. Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time. The owner does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or source of income.
