next door to Grocery store, Pharmacy, bakery, car wash, gas station and Del taco, Boys and Girls Club with in a 5-10 min walk. No need to drive unless your taking your car to get washed and pump gass. And for those with kids, the bus drive in to pick up and drop of thr kids. You can pay your rent on line.
The only thing about the appts. is that you could hear when your neighbors talk, unless they have soft voices.
We really LOVE living at the Paz Mar Select apartments. There are a few "minor" issues (mostly the occasional excessive noise in pool area), but overall...

My Apartment here flooded. Management put me in their last available unit which is an absolutely crappy spot with too many problems to list...
My Apartment here flooded. Management put me in their last available unit which is an absolutely crappy spot with too many problems to list here. Many of my things were destroyed and they still demanded full rent at the end of month and are holding me to my year lease. I asked around and it turns out this place is ancient and multiple neighbors have had similar problems. There are loud parties every night and transients digging through the dumpsters and sleeping in the laundry room. Not safe for children. Try not to live here.

It's an okay place but the parking are really small and suck cuz at times u have too park really far from u apartments...
