Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
More than 2 animals are allowed per apartment.
The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non-refundable).
