This apartment is good. But I can't give more than three stars for "good" when I'm paying the amount that I am. This apartment used to be great, but since the new management took over it's been on a steady decline. We were promised a new stove and dishwasher. It's been 6+ months and still the same stuff. I've had a broken garbage disposal for over a year and no one has come out. Maybe the worse thing as of now is the building four elevator has been out for a month, the pool has been out for about 5 months, and the valet trash doesn't pick up the trash half the time. I wouldn't be so upset if the rent price was adjusted to reflect the ongoing very necessary repairs, but no, same price. The main manager never shows her face, but the 2 guys that are usually there are very nice

I have lived here for a little over a month now and it has been such a delight living here ! The moving in process was fairly simple and I was able to get an outstanding apartment for an awesome deal thanks to everyone in the office. The staff here is seriously so friendly and the place overall just feels like a great community to be in. The maintenance team here is also top notch; Angel is always so friendly and willing to help and you can tell he truly cares about his job. There are so many things nearby like Publix, a gym, and many restaurants. I have felt very safe here thus far and am really looking forward to continue living here.

Living here at EOS is awesome. The maintenance crew are very knowledgeable and very experience; as soon as I submit a request my issue is already resolved. The front desk office crew is always more than happy to help, there are very professional. I been living in apartments for nearly a decade, and I been here at EOS for about 2 years there are the best. Thumbs up to Emil, this guy would skip his lunch break to help me and other customers; our satisfaction is his pleasure. Kudos to EOS for having amazing workers.
