The house was built in 1906 as a church. A previous owner just wanted a small space for herself and turned a small portion of the daylight basement into a living quarters. There is a family living on the other side and I recently had insulation put in the walls to quiet things down but you can still hear people on the other side. There is a laundry mat up the street and there is no stove. There is a microwave and depending on your needs, I have access to a NuWave counter induction cooktop or a ToastMaster convection broiler roaster oven if needed.
I have a lot of solicitors calling me to change my insurance and by pet insurance and don't answer my phone a lot. I work nights so the best time to talk or see the place is 10am-4pm.
