My friend which i pretty much lived with when my wife was away. He Lived at Wycliffe apartments and they had the best leasing agents and maintenance people. Always was smiling when he walked though the door and always answer my question he or i had.
The price is very good for what your get, and the grounds and staff are AMAZING!!!!

We moved from a small town in Iowa and I didn't feel safe at any of the locations we visited when preparing to move here- we honest to God stumbled across this location and walked in to ask for a visit (assuming last minute visit would be declined). We were not turned away! And ended up signing the next day! Alex, the main agent and her manager make it a priority to get to know their residents.
1. All staff are wonderful, maintenance included!
2. Their ammenities are great!
3. Different layouts for apartments and good price!
4. Pet friendly-
The only thing I request: dog park would make this a little peice of heaven on Earth.

I've lived in many apartment complexes and Wycliffe has always called me by name and not my building/apt number. From the day I went looking at apartments with Alex (leasing agent/consultant) I was not only sold by the price, the location, the space, but I was sold by the energy. Alex & Tracy don't just process your paperwork or take your checks...They converse with you..You are not another tenant, you are a neighbor. I've never felt more at home than at Wycliffe and its because of Alex and Tracy's hospitality. The parties are nice too ;) **Best apartment complex in Omaha**

I absolutely love living here. The very few minor issues I have encountered were solved immediately, the office staff is incredibly nice. Have not met a neighbor that isn't equally as nice. Great location, easy access to dodge, great swimming pool, and the interiors of the apartments are also quite nice. Highly recommend! Feel free to put me as a referral if you decide to join the community :)
Held my niece's bridal shower here. Clean room and easy to get to.

Absolutely fantastic apartment complex! The office staff will bend over backwards for their residents, the company throws parties for everyone to get to know their neighbors, the maintenance crew is quick and efficient, and there is always a place to park. The only downside I can think of is that the single apartments don't include a washer and dryer. Even so I give Wycliffe by Broadmoor 5 stars!

My wife and I (girlfriend at the time) reviewed about a dozen apartments in the Omaha area when I was getting out of the Marines and moving to Omaha. The Broadmoor company stood out to us as having the best locations in the area. Since then, we've had 5 different apartments (moves due to life changes) at Wycliffe West and Broadmoor Hills. The facilities have always been great, and the staff has been truly phenomenal at both locations. I've repeatedly recommended the Broadmoor group to friends looking for their next place, and Wycliffe's location can't be beat.
