East Ridge Apartments Management ~ Alliance Property Management has been Amazing! My husband Thomas is Blind and getting around is not easy, but the Management has been Wonderful about accessing with repairs and going the extra mile to making things safe for Thomas. The Management has Excellent maintenance and their Excellent with repairs. The Apartments are affordable and the landscape is very Beautiful. The residents are friendly & quiet. Alliance Property Management works hard to make their properties A+ at all times. I never had a more Excellent Management team with #1 Excellent Customer Service as Alliance Property Management is for us.

So I can openly admit I'm not the easiest tenant to deal with mostly because when something doesn't go my way I'm a princess and I need it fixed immediately and this apartment complex with my pouty princess Atta 2 for number 1 and number 2 they keep it very well Queen I mean you have your occasional jerks that make a mess from time to time but in general the maintenance is very well up kept here. The apartments themselves I have a very accommodating layout. As far as maintenance request time they're very very responsive and take into consideration all maintenance request so you're not waiting 3 weeks for leaky bathtub to be fixed. They are very adamant about staying on top of the cleanliness of this property. So far this property has been amazing everybody pretty much keeps to themselves it's clean it's safe and I have nothing bad to say about the property management company that runs at they have been in my opinion honestly the most respectful and accommodating

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The Alliance Property Management is really hard to work with. We had to unexpectedly move and it was ridiculous. The apartments aren't in that great of shape. They need to be updated. The carpets were stained in our apartment. Also, the bathroom was very grimy. We spent a lot of time cleaning this apartment and still very dirty.
