Home can be rented month-to-month with no commitment for $5,000 per month but occupancy must commence no later than May 15th. Rents are FIRM. Standard first month, last month, and posted REFUNDABLE damage deposit required prior to occupancy. Strong references and signed lease agreement with government-issued photo ID also required from primary tenant {no companies} who must be at least 25 years old.
