Free Kitchen Box at move-in. We’ve curated a collection of all the kitchen essentials to help you
make the most of the main kitchen and your private kitchenette. Valued at over $100, it’s another
small thing we’re doing to make for a seamless move-in experience.
Lightning Fast Wifi & Cable TV. All community members have unlimited access to our super-fast

Wifi, and all studios have been pre-wired for included cable TV for those yet to cut the cord.
Independent Heating and Cooling. Run a little hot or a little cold? Each unit has its own dedicated
thermostat, so you can keep the temperature of your space right where you want it.
Washer Dryer in Townhouse. Each townhouse has a premium washer and dryer for your use,
100% free of charge.

Flat rate, all-inclusive community access fee. With energy-efficient appliances and
green building construction, our space uses much less energy than a conventional building in the
Bay Area. To pass that benefit along to you, we have combined all utilities and services, including
weekly common area cleaning, into a low flat rate of $75 per month.

Furnished or unfurnished spaces. All of our studios come furnished, with a queen-sized mattress,
couch, and TV that compliments the space perfectly. However, if you prefer to bring your own
things with you, we’re happy to provide you with a blank slate to make your own. Please note: if
you are planning to bring your own mattress, our in-studio embedded bed frames accommodate
queen size mattresses and we ask that you wrap it in a mattress protector prior to moving in

Optional Linen Packages. Our linen boxes have you covered. The kit consists of a high-quality
set of high thread-count bedsheets, a queen-size blanket, two pillowcases, two towels, and a set
of washcloths, available in standard ($75) and premium ($125) sets. Click the link for more

Optional in-suite cleaning. We’ve partnered with a premier hospitality cleaning service to take
great care of all common spaces and, for a small monthly fee, can pop into your studio and tidy
up for you every week.
