I recently moved into the Historic Jackson Square Apartments in anticipation of building my retirement house.... and boy, am I ever glad I did!! My little apartment is cozy & comfortable and very well-maintained. Cleveland, the head of maintenance, keeps everything running like a top. Kristin, the apartment manager, is always cheerful & accommodating. Shes the hardest worker Ive ever seen and she goes above & beyond to keep her tenants happy. AND HERES A BIGGIE: Ive only seen 2 lady bugs since I moved into my apartment because they regularly spray for insects. THANK YOU!!! And Kristin recently informed me that management is hiring a company to install brand new locked mailboxes, which is so important. I cant help but love it here!!

Trying to break into your apartment, walking up to you saying profanity, looking through your cars and nothing gets done about it, bad place to stay not family friendly period.

Mona the lady who showed me the room and worked out a plan for me was very friendly and helpful. As I was new to the area only needed a place for a month to stay until I could find a home. My room was modest and small but everything was built to last. Came with the furniture pictured and apart from being next to the back door with people entering and exiting I didn't have many problems with noise. The shower was the best as the pressure was amazing and the temperature was super hot. If you are looking for something with a good price or only need a temporary lease this is a great place.
