I have never met someone so professional that handled everything in a timely manner before I met Nataly. She has taken such good care of my boyfriend and his kids. She's very understanding and hard working. People often complained of her not being in the office, but she is the only one handling it so I can understand that. The maintenance man is very hard working and does it in a timely and efficient manner. The grounds are well kept and the photos actually reflect what the units look like. Safe for kids to play alone and your packages can be dropped off without getting stolen! Highly recommend these for the beautiful layout and the most helpful manager and maintenance man you could ask for. Makes you forget its an apartment and feels like a home.

Natalie has been nothing but accommodating to my daughter and myself. I am a single mom who works around the clock and I have very little time to get things done at home. When my lease came near the end I was notified with awesome options. Natalie quickly helped me locate a new apartment since my roommate had moved out and I needed to downsize. She considered my situation and found me the best deal possible. The walls are a little thin and I'm not a huge fan of barking dogs all day but that stuff is to be expected when you live in close proximity to others and pets are allowed. These apartments are clean and I feel EXTREMELY safe here. The police station is very close by and there is great development going on in the area. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We've lived here for 4 years, first we started in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and were there for 10 months then moved into a townhouse. We've only ever had one issue, called the office and it was resolved in a week. Also with being here for 4 years we've had 3 different mangers and Natalie is by far the BEST and have no complaints at all. The place it self is nice and I've felt at home for a while. We are moving out at the end of the month, nothing wrong with the place but our life has changed so we needed one. Loved Ridgeview and it's worth the price.

Haven't had issues living hear for over a year. Natalie is great and easy to work with. I always send an email whenever I need anything and she's very good at responding the same day. The walls can be a little thin with noisy neighbors, but nothing unbearable. Parking might be a problem with a lot of visitors, but again, nothing unbearable. I love the location and the comfortable size of the apartment. I haven't had problems paying the rent because I use the very convenient online feature. Natalie is great, the apartments are good. I'd recommend.

Loved Natalie the Manager there! She was always helpful and accommodating for my sons and myself. The apartment complex is great. Close to the I15 and to the airport. It was quiet and we felt it to be great on security and maintenance. If ever there was a problem it was solved generally within a few days. Definitely recommend living here.

My husband and I moved in last June. Before we moved in I took a look around and saw that the apartment was dirty and had a few bugs. We told them we wouldn't rent until both of those problems were taken care of. They responded a little bit later and said they had cleaned the place up and apologized for the mess we had found. Right after we moved in, we had lines of ants in our bathroom, and a few in our kitchen. We asked them to come and spray. It took them several weeks to come, but the ants did finally leave, for the most part. But for the last couple of months, we've had an onslaught of cockroaches all over the place. We keep our apartment clean, and have deep cleaned a ton. We've asked them to come spray again a few times, but either they haven't come, or the roaches are very resilient. So, unless you want to deal with cockroaches, I would look elsewhere.

This was personally one of the worst apartment complexes that I have ever lived in. To start off, when ever I needed to contact Natalie, there was nobody in the office. 9 out of the 10 times I went to the office there was a sign that said "Come back later". While I lived here, my car was broken into 2 times, which I personally blame on the terrible upkeep of security at the complex. The apartment security management is just abysmal. I didn't feel safe there, like I should, when I am "home". I also felt cheated in terms of the very sketchy situation around the payments. I was often told that I needed to pay late fees, even when I definitely paid my rent on time. The whole payment process took forever, they charged me processing fees, and it took for ever for me to receive the rent receipts. I hope to never live in an apartment complex this terrible ever again. I truly feel let down.

Do NOT move in here! You will get hassled like crazy and you will get charged fees that you won't even know about! Be sure to REALLY read your contract lease agreement and be prepared to fight for what the management is trying to trick you into that isn't part of the lease to get more money from you. Also, your "refundable" deposit isn't refundable since they do the same cleaning to every apartment, which costs an additional $145 on top of your $200 deposit to clean. The management is so terrible I cannot even begin to describe it. They are so manipulative and sneaky to get a buck. They were trying to tell us that our 60 day notice wasn't given even though it was and was later proven through a huge fight that they would not even listen to your side. I was close to suing this place. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT GO HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Perfect apartment for those who want to be HASSLED!!! I contacted this HELL HOLE November of 2012, when I went to have a tour the first lady who worked there named Kara showed me around and I loved it. Very clean and new, rent was quoted at $979. Never was I told there was a MANDATORY cable FEE of $80 with comcast. That didn't start us off on the right foot. When I went to speak to the same lady who signed me up, turned out she had QUIT! A new lady was working named Sara. I discussed this issue with Sara and she said she couldn't do squat. She also reminded me rent was due on the 5th. Come December 4th I got a NOTICE on my door of a late FEE. Which totaled $120!! Went to the office and guess what, Sara no longer worked there. It was now another idiot named CURTIS. Tried to get my fee's lowered and he wouldn't budge. He said rent is due on the 1st and wouldn't help knowing the previous MANAGER SCREWED me over. He is the most DIFFICULT person to work with. He is a MANIPULATIVE manager and will SAY anything you want to hear just to get you off his back. He wont FOLLOW THROUGH with what he says. Had to speak to his manager named BOBBI and what a peach that lady is. The management is SO BAD that i'm surprised they have other properties. The neighbors are stuck up prudes and drove me crazy with their dog. I decided half way through my year lease that i'd rather have someone take over my lease. Curtis said he could help me and that my apartment was always wanted by others since it was a main level. When it came to moving out he said he found someone to replace my unit. A week later after he told me the good news, he called me and said the deal went bad and he no longer could have my unit rented. He will say anything to DECEIVE YOU I still MOVED OUT and was expecting a bill from Curtis of the fee's that would come with moving EARLY. He never sent me a bill and 2 weeks after I moved out, I received a collection call for bad housing debt. He never had the balls to contact me to set up payment plans and is supposed to give you 30 days to respond which he didn't. Instead he sent it straight to collections and my minimum payment is $500 monthly for 4 months. What a lazy manager. didn't have the decency to call me and try and work something out with me within the 30 days from moving out. He sent it straight to the big boys... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Save your money and put a down payment on a HOUSE. That's practically what i paid towards these apartments. And the collection agency NCC business services is a NIGHTMARE!!!! BEWARE OF ALLIANCE PROPERTIES, RIDGEVIEW PROPERTIES AND CURTIS!!!!!
